The files assets_plants.json, assets_generators_unassigned.json, assets_substations.json, assets_lines_low.json, assets_lines_high.json, counties.json and country.json in this folder are a Derivative Database of OpenStreetMap as defined in the ODbL. They are published by Sol Associates SRL and are licensed under the ODbL 1.0:

These files can be downloaded from this folder free of charge, in machine-readable form.

Changes made by Sol Associates: selection of power plants, generators, substations, lines, minor lines and cables, and of administrative boundaries (levels 2 and 4), inside Romania; polygons reduced to centroids; generators grouped into plants; county added from the boundaries; boundaries and lines simplified; voltage and output converted to kV and MW; coordinates rounded to 5 decimals; operator text withheld unless it is a company, public body or system operator.
The method of each layer is in manifest.json (transform_note).

OpenStreetMap is mapped by volunteers. These files are provided as is, without warranty (ODbL sections 7 and 8).

Other files in this folder are not part of this database and keep their own licences: weather_forecast.json (CC BY 4.0, ECMWF), solar_ghi.json and solar_pvout.json with their images (CC BY 4.0, Global Solar Atlas), production_national.json (daily totals computed by Sol Associates from ENTSO-E Transparency Platform data, see LICENSE-DATA.txt) and the ATR county file (county aggregates by Sol Associates SRL from the published list of the Government of Romania). Base map: this edition draws the OpenStreetMap standard tile layer (tiles from tile.openstreetmap.org, (c) OpenStreetMap contributors). The tiles are not part of the data files of this folder; they are used under the OpenStreetMap Foundation tile usage policy: https://operations.osmfoundation.org/policies/tiles/
